Yes! We work with many medical organizations and have stringent policies and procedures to ensure our compliance. We conduct regular risk assessments to identify any potential vulnerabilities and carry the requisite insurance. We can also supply BAAs of our existing vendors.
We sadly do not. The retainer model unfortunately does not make for the best experience and we have found that it can often be more headache than its worth for both the customer and ourselves.
For any engagement to make sense from an impact perspective, we recommend at least 1 year of commitment. In that time we have often been able to turn around even the most dire of technology situations and make our clients happy.
The "RTP" (tech people love acronyms) is a list of all technologies we currently support. If its not on the list, we provide what is known as 'best effort' support. This means that we will do our best to fix an issues within a reasonable amount of time for that platform.
